Description

Das BPA organisiert für die Abgeordneten des Deutschen Bundestages sowie für den Bundesrat jährlich rund 2.500 Informationsfahrten mit insgesamt bis zu 120.000 Personen nach Berlin. Die Gruppengröße umfasst jeweils bis zu 50 Personen. Die Teilnehmenden übernachten ein bis drei Nächte – abhängig von der Entfernung zum Wahlkreis – in Berliner Hotels. Die entsprechenden Übernachtungsleistungen sind Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung. Sie hat den Abschluss entsprechender Rahmenvereinbarungen für Hotelkontingente für das Jahr 2025, die durch das BPA unmittelbar mit den geeigneten Hotels abgeschlossen werden, zum Ziel.
