Description
Trondheim municipality, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to give input and give feedback and proposals for a tender contest for a new framework agreement on tyres and tyre hotel from 01.04.2025. The requirement specifications, award criteria and contract are attached as far as we have come as of 20.09.2024. We want feedback on these, whether there are requirements and criteria that should be adjusted to get a better and more cost efficient solution, whether there are requirements that are growling or unclear. We would particularly like feedback on how we can weight the environment so that the contract can have a clear environmental profile and the environment can be weighted in 30%. Input is given by filling in the document Response Form - Market Dialogue - Tyres and tyre hotel and sending us via the communication tab here in Mercell by Monday 07.10.2024 at. 12.00. Feedback received after this cannot be expected to be taken into account in the work with the new competition.
