Näitä tukipalvelumuotoja ovat: • koulutukset, • fasilitoidut tilaisuudet • luennot • yksilö- /ryhmäcoaching, • konsultointi, • valmennukset Hankinta jakautuu kahteen (2) osa-alueeseen: Osa-alue 1: Työyhteisöjen kehittämis- , valmennus- ja koulutuspalvelut Osa-alue 2: Esihenkilöiden ja johdon kehittämis-, valmennus- ja koulutuspalvelut Tarjouksen voi jättää yhdelle tai useammalle osa-alueelle. Kummallekin osa-alueelle tehdään erilliset valinnat.
