Hankintayksikkö pyytää tarjoustanne työterveyshuollon palveluista tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankittavien palveluiden vähimmäisvaatimukset on kuvattu liitteessä 1 "Työterveyspalvelun ehdot" sekä liitteessä 2 "Asiakkaan hankinnan kohde ja vähimmäisvaatimukset". Hankinnan ennakoitu arvo/sopimuskausi on 7 500 000 euroa.
