Numatomos įsigyti Turto ir įsipareigojimų vertinimo paslaugos, sudarant preliminariąją sutartį, daugiau informacijos pateikiama Pirkimo sąlygų 2 priede "Techninėje specifikacijoje". Preliminarioji sutartis galioja, iki bus išnaudota pradinės Preliminariosios sutarties vertė, nurodyta Preliminariosios sutarties 12 punkte, bet ne ilgiau kaip 36 mėnesius. Pirkimo sutarties trukmė 13 mėn. nuo jos pasirašymo.
