Description
Lilleborg School is located in Torshov and address is Torshov gate 9. It consists of five buildings. Four of them were built between 1890 and 1920, as well as a gymnasium building set up in 1985. A total of approx. 8,000 gross m2. The contract includes total renovation of Lilleborg School. Comprehensive restructuring shall be carried out, as well as the complete replacement of the technical installations in accordance with the attached description and documentation. Special works can be mentioned, for example: - Improvement and upgrading of close to all windows in accordance with the attached report. - Reimbursement of the principal residence. - Replacement of matter in the school yard as the matter is polluted. - Possible reinforcement of annexes - Moving transformer
