Description
Due to a change of need at the contracting authority, expanded capacity need as well as renovation needs, Lom municipality needs to procure a turnkey contract for renovation and new construction of Lom Helseheim. The procurement includes engineering design services for and the delivery of a turnkey contract for renovation and new construction. The project will be carried out as a turnkey contract (NS 8407). All executing and engineering design disciplines shall be covered by the tenderer.
