Es wird beabsichtigt am Werksattgebäude der Beruflichen Schulen Kirchhain, eine umfassende Gebäudesanierung durchzuführen. Mit der umfassenden Gebäudesanierung wird neben einer energetischen Sanierung der thermischen Außenhülle, der Haustechnik, ein Brandschutzkonzept umgesetzt. Bei dem Gebäude handelt es sich um einen freistehendes Bestandsgebäude (68,8m x 60,40m) eingeschossige Bauweise mit Flachdach (Innenkern Sheddach) auf dem Schulgelände in Kirchhain.
