Description
Hankinnan kohteena tulostuspalvelut Unigrafia Oy:n asiakkaille, joita ovat • Helsingin yliopisto • Aalto-yliopisto • Haaga-Helia Ammattikorkeakoulu • Taideyliopisto Asiakkaat eivät tee itse sopimuksia, vaan ostavat tulostuspalvelut Unigrafia Oy:n kautta. Lisäksi hankintaan osallistuu myös Tampereen yliopisto ja Tampereen ammattikorkeakoulu oy, jotka ovat valtuuttaneet Unigrafia Oy:n puolestaan kilpailuttamaan palvelut. Tampereen yliopisto ja Tampereen ammattikorkeakoulu tekevät kumpikin oman hankintapäätöksen ja hankintasopimuksen.
Award criteria
- Price — Vertailussa käytetään liitteen 3 mukaista vertailuhintaa. Vertailussa halvin tarjous saa 80 pistettä. Muut tarjoukset pisteytetään kaavalla: halvin hinta / vertailtava hinta x 80.
- Quality — Laatukriteerit ja niiden vertailu on ilmoitettu tarjouspyynnön liitteissä 1.7 ja 2.2.
