Description
Die Stadt Karlsruhe – Eigenbetrieb Team Sauberes Karlsruhe– als öffentlich-rechtlicher Entsorgungsträger betreibt ein stadtweites Sammelsystem von Rest- und Bioabfällen sowie von Altpapier. Gegenstand der Rahmenverträge ist die Beauftragung eines Dritten (Auftragnehmer, im Folgenden bezeichnet als AN) mit der Lieferung von Abfallwertstoffbehältern (AWB). Die Ausschreibung erfolgt getrennt nach 2-Rad und 4-Rad AWB in zwei Fachlosen.
