Perkančioji organizacija siekia įsigyti trumpųjų žinučių (SMS) siuntimo visų Lietuvos mobiliojo ryšio operatorių bei užsienio mobiliojo ryšio operatorių abonentams paslaugas, atitinkančias pirkimo sąlygų 1 priede "Techninė specifikacija (Trumpųjų žinučių (SMS) siuntimo paslaugos)" keliamus reikalavimus. Paslaugos bus perkamos pagal poreikį pirkimo sutarties vykdymo laikotarpiu.
