Description
Es soll ein empfindliches LC-MS/MS-Gerät zur Quantifizierung angeschafft werden, welches ein bestehendes UHPLC-4000QTrap System ersetzen soll. Dabei ist eine besondere Eignung für hochkomplexe Proben erforderlich, um die empfindliche Analytik der Zielverbindungen in Matrices wie Lebensmittelextrakten, Zelllysaten, Urin oder Serum/Plasma realisieren zu können. Weiterhin soll eine empfindliche Strukturaufklärung unbekannter Analyten möglich sein. Da der überwiegende Anteil der Analyten kleine Moleküle mit Heteroatomen wie Stickstoff oder Sauerstoff sowie Peptide sind, wird eine Elektrospray-Ionisierung gewünscht.
