Description
Hanke eesmärk on sõlmida raamleping Treponema pallidum + VDRL antikehade (IgM, IgG) blot uuringu skänneri ning tarkvara (sh tarkvaralitsentside, lisamoodulite) ja kaasnevate teenuste (sh remont ja koolitus) ning kulumaterjalide soetamiseks. Kuna seadme kasulik eluiga on 7 aastat, siis kaetakse hankega seadme elueal vaja minevad reaktiivid, tarvikud, hooldused ning remondid.
