Procurement of travel agency and logistical management services for the Green Overseas Programme workshops, to be organised within its "Energy Transition" and "Climate Change Resilience Communities in the following countries and territories: Brussels, Sao Miguel (Azores), Nova Scotia, Sint Maarten, Saint Barthélemy, Saba, Barbados, French Polynesia, New Caledonia.
