Description

L'accord cadre mono-attributaire à bon de commande est conclu pour une durée d'un (1) an à compter de date de notification reconductible pour des périodes d'un (1) an par décision expresse du représentant légal du pouvoir adjudicateur qui devra être adressée à l'entreprise par lettre recommandée avec avis de réception postal au moins un (1) mois avant l'échéance de la période en cours. La durée totale de l'accord cadre ne pourra toutefois en aucun cas excéder trois (3) ans. L'accord cadre sera conclu dans les limites annuelles suivantes : - montant minimum : 500 000,00 euro(s) H.T. - montant maximum : 1 800 000,00 euro(s) H.T
