Description
La présente consultation concerne, l'opération de restructuration des niveaux socles et d'hospitalisation de l'IGH Adultes de l'hôpital de La TIMONE. Ces travaux comprennent également la mise en sécurité incendie et la refonte de toutes les architectures techniques. Ces travaux s'intègrent dans le projet de modernisation - CAP 2030 - de l'Assistance publique des Hôpitaux de Marseille. Le projet ne prévoit pas de construction neuve. Les travaux se dérouleront dans un site hospitalier en activité et seront réalisés en simultanéité des autres chantiers prévus sur le site de l'Hôpital Timone, notamment l'opération de construction du bâtiment Femme Parents Enfants. CET AVIS CONCERNE LA PHASE "CANDIDATURES". Le montant renseigné dans la rubrique "valeur estimée HT" est un montant estimatif non contractuel. Ce montant pourra être amené à évoluer durant la procédure. La durée prévisionnelle du contrat, toutes tranches comprises en cas d'affermissement, est de 92,5 mois à compter de sa notification, y compris GPA
