Description
La présente consultation a pour objet la conclusion, par le Resah agissant en tant que centrale d'achat au titre de l'article L. 2113-2, 2° du Code (mode dit « intermédiaire ») et pour ses propres besoins, d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande ayant pour objet la réalisation de travaux de retrait ou d'encapsulage de matériaux et produits contenant ou susceptibles de contenir de l'amiante (MPCA) ou du plomb (MPCP) ou des interventions ponctuelles concernant ces mêmes MPCA et/ou MPCP et, le cas échéant, des interventions de curage de bâtiments, préalables aux déposes et interventions précédemment décrites ou préalables à des travaux de démolition.
