Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent les prestations similaires envisagées. Caractéristiques de l'opération : L'opération consiste en la réalisation d'un bâtiment annexe comprenant : bureau, vestiaire, atelier, garage, stockage et chaufferie sur le site de l'Ecolothèque de Saint Jean de Védas. Le délai d'exécution propre à chaque lot est de 1 an. L'exécution du marché débute par la phase de préparation à compter de la date de notification du contrat. L'exécution des travaux débute à compter de la date fixée par l'ordre de service prescrivant de commencer les travaux
