Plus précisément, la présente consultation a pour objet l'attribution d'un marché public global de performance (ci-après « MPGP ») portant sur la mise en place d'une unité de traitement des surverses par temps de pluie en A2 sur la station d'épuration de la rue de Toul. Le MPGP regroupe un volet Construction comprenant la conception et la réalisation des travaux et un volet Exploitation comprenant les prestations d'exploitation maintenance des installations sur tout le périmètre de la station d'épuration (filière biologique existante et nouvelle filière de traitement des rejets de temps de pluie)
