La présente consultation porte sur des prestations d'impression de périodiques, de documents et d'affiches pour le compte de la Ville de Mandelieu-La Napoule, de l'Office de Tourisme et des Congrès ainsi que du Centre Communal d'Action Sociale de la Ville de Mandelieu-La Napoule, réunis en un groupement de commandes, selon la convention du 25 juin 2018 et conformément aux articles L.2113-6 à L.2113-8 du Code de la commande publique. Le coordonnateur du groupement de commandes est la Ville de Mandelieu-La Napoule. La procédure de passation est l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 1°, R.2131-18, R.2132-2, R.2132-4 à R.2132-6, R.2143-1 à R.2143-2, R.2151-1 à R.2151-5, R.2161-2 à R.2161-5 du Code de la commande publique.
