Accord cadre à bons de commandes avec un minimum et un maximum en valeur mono ou multi attributaires pour les travaux d'entretien tous corps d'état des patrimoines de TROYES AUBE HABITAT et de la SIABA. Il a pour objet les travaux d'entretien et de réfection, de travaux d'amélioration et, accessoirement, de travaux de création (à l'exclusion des travaux rentrant dans le cadre d'une opération de construction ou de réhabilitation "lourde" d'ensembles immobiliers). Il est conclu pour un an à compter du 01/01/2026, reconductible 3 fois
