Description
L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des unitaires. Dans le cadre du groupement de commandes entre la Communauté d'Agglomération du Grand Cahors et la Ville de Cahors dont le coordonnateur du groupement est la Communauté d'Agglomération du Grand Cahors et en fonction des compétences ainsi que de l'emprise des travaux sur le domaine public (voirie, place, espace public, etc.), le présent accord-cadre pourra être activé soit par la Ville de Cahors, soit par la Communauté d'agglomération du Grand Cahors
