Le présent marché est un marché de services consistant en la remise à niveau des talus autoroutiers de Boirs sur l’autoroute A13 (ou E313) entre les BK 100,180 et 100,950 – CG et CD. Ces talus ont été reconnus comme site de grand intérêt biologique (SGIB 1842) et sont intégrés au site Natura 2000 BE33002 « Basse allée du Geer ».
