Description
L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent les prestations similaires envisagées. Il s' agit de travaux courants de voiries . Leur importance est variable mais le montant de chaque chantier n' excédera pas 80 000,00 euro(s) HT. Les travaux consistent principalement en une remise à l' identique sans modification majeure de la configuration de l' espace public . Les opérations suivantes sont exclues du champ d'application de l'accord-cadre : Toutes les opérations de création de voirie et notamment les : - Création de ZA - Extensions et requalifications de zones d' activités existantes - Aménagements d' espaces avec modification importante de l' aspect initial . Le délai d' exécution de chaque commande sera adapté aux caractéristiques du chantier
