<br/>L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande.<br/>Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée.<br/>Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires.<br/>Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent les prestations similaires envisagées.<br/>Il s' agit de travaux courants de voiries . Leur importance est variable mais le montant de chaque chantier n' excédera pas 80 000,00 euro(s) HT. Les travaux consistent principalement en une remise à l' identique sans modification majeure de la configuration de l' espace public . Les opérations suivantes sont exclues du champ d'application de l'accord-cadre :Toutes les opérations de création de voirie et notamment les : - Création de ZA - Extensions et requalifications de zones d' activités existantes- Aménagements d' espaces avec modification importante de l' aspect initial . Le délai d' exécution de chaque commande sera adapté aux caractéristiques du chantier .<br/>
