Description
Raamovereenkomst met één leverancier voor het in het kader van de Wet Maatschappelijke Ondersteuning (WMO) afnemen en onderhouden van trapliften. De deelnemende gemeenten zijn: Buren, Culemborg, Neder-Betuwe, Maasdriel, Tiel, West-Betuwe, West Maast en Waal en Zaltbommel. Per deelnemende gemeente zal er één raamovereenkomst afgesloten worden. Zie paragraaf 1.8 van de inschrijflijdraad.
Award criteria
- Price — Zie hoofdstuk 5 van de inschrijfleidraad Trapliften WMO. Maximaal 600 punten.
- Quality — - Plan van aanpak invulling van de dienstverlening (maximaal 225 punten) - Plan van aanpak communicatie (maximaal 100 punten) - Plan van aanpak circulariteit en duurzaamheid (maximaal 75 punten)
