In der Abfallverwertungsanlage (AVA) Velsen werden Siedlungsabfälle und hausmüllähnliche Gewerbeabfälle überwiegend aus dem Gebiet des Entsorgungsverbands Saar, Saarbrücken (EVS) thermisch behandelt. Die vorliegende Ausschreibung soll zur Neuvergabe des Transports und der Verwertung von Filterstaub aus der Abfallverbrennung führen. Der Begriff "Verwertung" schließt in den vorliegenden Vergabeunterlagen jeweils die erforderlichen Leistungen der Konditionierung ein.
