Infrabel souhaite conclure un accord-cadre afin d’assurer le transport par rail pour les marchés des travaux de la Direction Operations et de Tuc Rail. Le marché sera divisé en 5 lots : - Lot 1 : Trafic régulier ballast Gand - Lot 2 : Trafic régulier ballast Bressoux - Lot 3 : Trafic chantiers sur tout le territoire Belge - Lot 4 : Trains de mesure transfrontaliers (Pays-Bas, Allemagne, Luxembourg et France) - Lot 5 : Exploitation et gestion des faisceaux de Lessines et Quenast
