Description
L'accord-cadre multi-attributaires à marchés subséquents avec seuil maximum, passé en application des articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-12 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par la conclusion de marchés subséquents. Accord-cadre à marchés subséquents multi-attributaires décomposé en 2 lots (un pour les oeuvres appartenant au Musée Fabre, l'autre pour les expositions d'oeuvres en provenance de tous les pays) Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction
