Achizitionararea de servicii de transport aerian pentru deplasarea delegatiilor FRTM la competitiile internationale/nationale si stagiile de pregatire. Termenul limită la care potențialii ofertanți pot solicita clarificări cu privire la documentația de atribuire este de 15 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Termenul de transmitere a răspunsului consolidat la solicitările de clarificări va fi în a 12-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
