Obiectul Acordului Cadru este achizitia de Transformatoare ermetice 20/0,4 kV (echipate cu comutator in sarcina si controler electronic). Contractele subsecvente vor fi atribuite semestrial sau ori de cate ori necesitatile beneficiarului o impun. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a solicitarilor de participare: 17 zile. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitarile de clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a solicitărilor de participare.
