Description
Das Wärmeplanungsgesetz – (WPG) fordert gem. § 32 von den Wärmenetzbetreibern einen Wärmenetzausbau- und - Dekarbonisierungsfahrplan bis 31. Dezember 2026. Sollte ein Transformationsplan (BEW Modul 1, Antrag bis 31.12.2025) erstellt werden, entfällt diese Pflicht und es wird eine zusätzliche Förderung gewährt. Um der Verpflichtung nach § 32 WPG zuvorzukommen und um weiter Förderung zu erlangen wird dieser Transformationsplan bzw. diese Machbarkeitsstudie beauftragt.
