Nærværende udbud vedrører transformation af Værftshal 19 i Helsingør. Værftshal 19 indgår som en del af et større værftsområde i Helsingør, som udgør et enestående kulturmiljø sammensat af bygninger opført i 1882 og udvidet og ombygget helt op til 1990’erne. Værftshallerne er beliggende på Ny Kronborgvej 10, 3000 Helsingør, mat.nr. 70a. Den udbudte opgave omhandler indvendig transformation af Værftshal 19 til en national og international bådebygger- og sejlmageruddannelse.
