Description
Ruter AS has established a subsidiary that shall develop and operate digital services for public transport activities in Norway. The subsidiary shall, for a period, join a selection of Ruter's current dynamic purchasing and qualification schemes. In time, the plan is for some other public transport companies to come onto the subsidiary ́s owner page, but Ruter will always be the majority owner. Many of the resources that were used internally at Ruter for the development and operation of the digital systems were connected to Ruter through continuous dynamic purchasing and qualification schemes. These resources will no longer be needed at Ruter, but at the subsidiary. Because of this, the subsidiary for a period will be affiliated to Ruter ́s continual dynamic purchasing and qualification schemes.
