Description
Le présent marché porte sur le traitement du courrier sortant d’Urban pour la période 2023-2027 ». Par « Traitement du courrier sortant », on entend la levée, le tri, l’affranchissement, le transport et la distribution des envois postaux provenant d’Urban. Sont ainsi comprises les prestations suivantes : o Levée auprès du pouvoir adjudicateur des envois postaux non affranchis aux dates et endroits à convenir ; o Tri des envois postaux collectés (Prior, Non Prior, envois recommandés, envois internationaux et colis) ; o Affranchissement des envois postaux non affranchis collectés conformément aux normes du prestataire de services postaux chargé de la distribution aux destinataires ; o Transport et remise des envois postaux affranchis auprès d’une entreprise compétente pour la prestation de services postaux. Ce prestataire assure la distribution aux destinataires ; o Distribution : l’adjudicataire dispose d’une licence postale ou fait appel à un sous-traitant disposant d’une licence postale.
