La ligne 0800 de SOS Jeux est une ligne d'assistance de première aide vers laquelle les joueurs, ou les personnes dans l'entourage des joueurs peuvent se tourner pour toute question relative au jeu problématique, 7/7 et 24/24. Le but de la mission est de fournir un service continu pour répondre à ces appels selon les conditions définies dans le cahier des charges.
