Description
Die heutige ZNA im Bestand ist an der Auslastungsgrenze. Die Umgestaltung der Prozesse erfordert Sanierungsmaßnahmen und Anbauten. Die ITS wird ebenfalls erweitert. Beide Funktionsstellen liegen übereinander. Die Maßnahme wird öffentlich gefördert. Die Maßnahme wird im laufenden Betrieb umgesetzt werden. Die Umsetzung in mehreren Bauabschnitten zur Gewährleistung der Betriebsfähigkeit ist möglicherweise erforderlich. Die Baustellenlogistik muss unter Beachtung von engsten Randbedingungen organisiert werden. Die Gesamtinvestitionskosten betragen maximal ca. 11,6 Mio. EUR brutto.
