GENERAL Please note that this is a prior information notice (hereinafter referred to as 'the notice') and that this notice is not yet a call for tenders. The information provided in this notice is preliminary and may change as the preparation progresses. The aim is to publish the final call for tenders in April 2024. THE SUBJECT-MATTER OF THE PROCUREMENT Natural Resources Institute Finland is planning to acquire one (1) self-propelled and one (1) tractor mounted plot seeder for drilling experimental field trials.
