Det samlede projekt gennemføres som fire særskilte entrepriser, der sammen med bygherres egne arbejder udgør etableringen af et fuldt græsproteinanlæg.De fire entrepriser er opdelt som følger:Totalentreprise A – BygningTotalentreprise B – TeknikTotalentreprise C – LuftrenseanlægTotalentreprise D – LagertankeDette omhandler Totalentreprise C - Luftrenseanlæg:Luftrenseanlægget omfatter et komplet system til opsamling, transport og rensning af procesluft fra produktionen i græsproteinhallen. Anlægget etableres for at sikre en effektiv håndtering af lugt og øvrige emissionskomponenter, der opstår i forbindelse med forarbejdning, separation og tørring af græsprotein.
