Der ydes i tilbudsfasen tilbudsvederlag på 100.000 kr. til de tilbudsgivere, der afgiver et konditionsmæssigt og/eller reelt tilbud, bortset fra til den vindende tilbudsgiver, der tildeles kontrakten.
