Gemeente Voorst en SKBG nodigen ervaren partijen uit zich aan te melden voor de Europese niet-openbare aanbesteding van de Total Engineering-opdracht voor de nieuwbouw van Basisschool Martinus in Twello. Gezocht wordt één contractpartij die een integraal ontwerpteam samenstelt en aanstuurt voor school, kinderopvang en buitenruimte. De opdracht omvat onder meer architectuur, constructies, installaties, bouwfysica, duurzaamheid, kostenadvies en terreininpassing. Centraal staan een samenhangend, uitvoerbaar, financieel beheersbaar en toekomstbestendig ontwerp, passend bij de onderwijsvisie en ruimtelijke context. De werkzaamheden lopen in beginsel van projectdefinitie tot en met prijs- en contractvorming.
