Der Anbieter muss im Auftrag und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektteam "DE-FENSE 25" (Gruppe Verteidigung) den Anlass planen, alle notwendigen zivilen Leistungen beschaffen, auf den vorgesehenen Arealen in Bière und Morges erfolgreich durchführen und abschliessend den Rückbau und Abschluss sicherstellen.
