Tööprojekti ekspertiis koostamine vastavalt tehnilisele kirjeldusele (Lisa 1) Tähtajad: Tööprojektid väljastatakse 2026 esimene kvartal. Ekspertiisi valmimise tähtaeg: 3 (kolm) nädalat peale projektdokumentatsiooni üle andmist ekspertiisi teostajale.
