Description
Tööharjutus on tööturuteenus, mis hõlmab tööotsinguid soodustavaid tegevusi, sealhulgas motiveerimine, sotsialiseerimine, töö otsimine ja töötamist toetavate sotsiaalsete oskuste õpetamine. Teenuse tulemusel on töötu valmis jätkama töötukassa poolt pakutavatel teistel teenustel või sisenema tööturule. Tööharjutuse eesmärk on suurendada inimese töövalmidust ja valmistada teda ette osalemiseks teistes aktiivsetes tööturumeetmetes või tööle asumiseks. Tööharjutus toimub koostöös kohaliku omavalitsusega.
