Description
Een goed binnenmilieu in scholen is belangrijk voor de gezondheid en het comfort van leerlingen en leerkrachten. Aan welke eisen een schoolgebouw moet voldoen om een goed binnenmilieu te creëren, staat vastgelegd in het Programma van Eisen Frisse Scholen dat is opgesteld door de RVO. Op basis daarvan heeft de gemeente Rotterdam een ambitieprofiel opgesteld, waarin voor verschillende aspecten is vastgelegd welk kwaliteitsniveau minimaal vereist is. De gemeente wil zeker weten dat een investering in een nieuw of bestaand schoolgebouw leidt tot een Frisse School die voldoet aan de beoogde kwaliteit van het binnenmilieu. Daarom is de gemeente Rotterdam op zoek naar een onafhankelijke partij om dit te toetsen.
