Description
Furnizare Tocator cu brat, conform cerintelor caietului de sarcini. Orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificări în legătură cu documentaţia de atribuire, dar nu mai tarziu de 10 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SICAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Autoritatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari inainte cu 6 zile fata de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor, in conformitate cu prevederile Art.161 al.2 din Legea nr.98/2016.
