Description
Die Stadt Kelheim möchte im Neubaugebiet "Weinbergweg" ein Kinderhaus errichten. Hierzu wurde auf Basis des Bebauungsplanes ein Vorkonzept mit einem Musterraumprogramm und verschiedenen Grundrissvarianten erarbeitet. Beauftragt werden die Leistungen des Leistungsbildes Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung gemäß Teil 4 Abschnitt 1 HOAI, stufenweise in den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 6 gemäß § 51 Abs. 1 HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 14 Nummer 14.1 HOAI. Zusätzlich werden Besondere Leistungen beauftragt.
