Description
Die Gemeinde Rohr i. NB plant den Neubau einer Kindertageseinrichtung mit einer Kapazität von ca. 75 Plätzen für Kinder über drei Jahren (3 Gruppen) und ca. 15 Plätzen für Kinder unter drei Jahren (1 Gruppe). Der Bau erfolgt auf einer Teilfläche des Flurstücks Nr. 522, Gemarkung Rohr. Nach einer ersten Schätzung betragen die Gesamtkosten des Projekts etwa 5.88 Mio. EUR (brutto). Beauftragt werden die Grundleistungen des Leistungsbildes Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung gemäß Teil 4 Abschnitt 1 HOAI, stufenweise in den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 6 gemäß § 51 Abs. 1 HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 14 Nummer 14.1 HOAI. Außerdem werden Besondere Leistungen beauftragt (Ingenieurtechnische Kontrolle).
