Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer baulichen Zielplanung für das St. Joseph-Krankenhaus in Prüm. Beauftragt werden Leistungen der Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume gemäß Teil 3 Abschnitt 1 HOAI stufenweise in den Leistungsphasen 1-9 gemäß § 34 Abs. 3 HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 10 Nummer 10.1 HOAI. Zusätzlich werden Besondere Leistungen beauftragt.
