Description
Die Stadt Ellwangen plant den Neubau der Grundschule in Rindelbach. Beauftragt werden stufenweise die Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 3 und 5-9 in Anlagengruppen 4 und 5 (inkl. Medientechnik) des Leistungsbildes Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstungen (ELT) gem. § 55 Abs. 1 HOAI i.V.m. Anl. 15 Nr. 15.1. Ferner wird als Besondere Leistung Überwachung der Mängelbeseitigung in Leistungsphase 9 beauftragt.
